The next time someone asks me if my German husband understands my Jamaican culture I’m going to send them this video 🤣🤣…These clips are from the second time we’ve attended Jamaica Carnival together (we’ve done 4 trips back to Jamaica as a couple) and I low key think he had a better time than me! 🤣 As a daughter of the Caribbean, it warms my heart to see “outsiders” who have a deep appreciation for the culture, music, and food— and I’m even more tickled that my own husband is such a big fan. J
