5000K is criminal. My go-to lightbulb in most situations is 2700K (that’s a warm, soft white). I’ve even been experimenting with lower Kelvins for a more amber glow. I’m not here to judge you for your light bulb choices… but maybe your nervous system would like to skip the fluorescent, office-like glow at night… and maybe it would prefer a cozy, warm glow. Think candlelight but brighter and more functional. Thank me later.
