Throwback to my PPG Envirobase days. This specific colour took 7 coats to cover. Dark blue pearls were always a struggle for coverage. Good trick I figured out was to use a black ground colour. Whether it’s black sealer or one coat of black basecoat. Unfortunately PPGs sealer only goes up to this really dark grey. Didn’t quite cut it.
