When it comes to growing the forearms, the biggest bang for your buck muscle group to focus on is the brachioradialis. With that said, many opt to do a hammer curl over a reverse curl because their grip is less of a limiting factor. However, I recommend everyone try a cable reverse curl on a seated row. For one thing, the handle usually is usually less girthy on those cable attachments. But, I think the exercise just feels “smoother” compared to a standing variation. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuil
