Two Portsmouth families recently received an unexpected break when their landlord, Travis Johnson, told them their rent for November and December were paid for. Johnson tells News 3 he wanted to step up and help when they needed it most. "I know what it's like to have a housing crisis and instability when it comes to rent, because I myself have struggled in the past, so I know exactly how it feels.
