Tiny Grandma Makes OG Napa Kimchi (통배추김치)🥬🫙🌶️ Recipe 1. Quarter whole Napa cabbage. 2. Salt between every leaf. Rest 2–3 hours until bendy. 3. Rinse and drain well. 4. Make paste: gochugaru, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sugar, scallions, minced onion, a little rice-flour slurry. 5. Spread paste between every leaf 6. Pack tight in jar. Press out air. 7.
