For generators with the existing exhaust outlet outside diameter of 1-3/8 inches or smaller.
GS-238 -Exhaust exit ports 1-3/8 to 2-1/8 inches – Gen Silencer
For generators with existing exhaust outlet outside diameter greater than 1-3/8 inches, but not larger than 2-1/8 inches.

A. Yes. GenSilencer® mounts onto the exhaust outlet. After the adapter is in place, the silencer pressure fits onto the adapter and then easily bolts onto generator frame with the hardware provided.
