Last year Universal Studios Hollywood announced a new after-hours hard ticket event called Fan Fest Nights. While we were told that the event would include popular franchises like Star Trek, Back to the Future, and Dungeons & Dragons, we didn’t really know what the event would be like.

Universal Studios Hollywood has officially revealed a first-look at their Universal Fan Fest Nights coming to the theme park this April and May. A celebration of fandom, this first-of-its-kind, immersive experience at Universal Studios Hollywood drops this spring as an all-new,

The experiences are inspired by sci-fi, fantasy, gaming and anime franchises such as Star Trek, Back to the Future, Dungeons & Dragons and One Piece.

I'm not usually into this sort of thing, but the event looks really cool. To be perfectly frank, theme parks aren’t generally my thing. I don’t have a ton of rich childhood memories attending them, which eliminates any kind of nostalgia factor;

The new Universal Fan Fest Nights featuring Harry Potter, Star Trek, Back to the Future and Dungeons & Dragons will run on select nights between April 25 and May 18 at the Hollywood theme park. Fan Fest Nights tickets go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 9 a.m. for the after-hours, separate admission event at Universal Studios Hollywood.
