President Donald Trump is set to sign his landmark policy bill into law Friday, a day after the House narrowly passed the massive tax and spending cuts package.

Planned Parenthood said it intends to sue the Trump administration over the recently passed “big, beautiful bill” that would “defund” the nonprofit health clinic. Republicans’ massive tax and spending bill includes a provision that would prohibit Medicaid funds from being used to reimburse health clinics that provide elective abortions.
