The world number 1 – who had been defeated by Carlos Alcaraz in five sets last year – defeated Alexander Bublik in the quarterfinals and qualified for the penultimate act of the French Slam without losing a single set.

Novak Djokovic will hope to prove that he’s still the man to beat when he meets Jannik Sinner in a highly anticipated semi-final showdown at the French Open on Friday.
