Optimum agreed to a deal with Nexstar, which owns PIX 11 and The CW on WPIX, or Channel 11. But a deal with MSG Networks doesn't seem close.

MSG also claimed Optimum has been charging their customers for local sports programming they haven't received and is calling for each customer to be credited at least $10 a month.
