The Week 9 AP Top 25 Poll just blew up after a fascinating college football weekend. Ohio State is No. 1, and after that, everything changed.
Their dominance hasn’t gone unnoticed. In the latest US LBM Coaches Poll, Ohio State was named the unanimous No. 1 team in the country, collecting all 65 first-place votes and leading the rankings with 1,625 points. Indiana comes in at No. 2 with 1,549 points but didn’t receive a single first-place vote.
Below is their ranking in the major polls after Week 8: The Buckeyes are the consensus No. 1 among the coaches, receiving all 65 first-place votes following Miami’s loss to Louisville on Oct. 17. The Hurricanes, who were previously unbeaten, had two first-place votes last week prior to the upset.
