The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 7 p.m. on Wednesday until noon Thursday for portions of central, northwest and western Virginia, including Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.

The Poconos will see slippery conditions Wednesday night into Thursday morning. PennDOT has vehicle restrictions planned.
