First-round pick pass rusher Shemar Stewart has officially signed his rookie contract after a controversial stalemate regarding specific language that could have voided guarantees. He had also refused to sign his practice waiver, meaning he held out of the Bengals’ OTAs, rookie minicamp, and the first few days of training camp.

Shemar Stewart agreed to a four-year, fully guaranteed contract worth $18.97 million with the Bengals, as he became the final first-round draft pick to agree to a deal.
