A fast-moving landspout tornado struck more than a half-dozen businesses in Franktown in Douglas County on Monday afternoon, authorities said. The Franktown Fire Department said on social media that seven businesses in a shopping center near the intersection of Colorado 83 and 86 sustained roof damage, but no injuries were reported.

FRANKTOWN, Colo. — A fast-moving landspout damaged several businesses Monday afternoon in Franktown, according to Franktown Fire. There were no reports of injuries, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.

A landspout that formed in Franktown damaged at least seven businesses Monday afternoon. No one has been reported injured, but photos from the area show significant damage to at least some of those businesses' roofs.
