The Raiders are 2-5 at the bye week, a season after having nearly 100 million in cap space, the Raiders chose to take a passive approach to free agency and spending majority of their money at quarterback via trading for Geno Smith and extending superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby.

HENDERSON, Nev. – The Las Vegas Raiders have signed free agent WR Tyler Lockett, the club announced Monday.

The Las Vegas Raiders decided to bring back the young wide receiver after cutting him to make room on the active roster.

Questions could come with Stokes productivity because of the teams issues around the rest of their defensive backs where Kyu Blu Kelly and Darnay Holmes have struggled heavily. Despite that, Stokes is showing the signs of being back to where he was as a rookie CB and he’s been better in terms of separation allowed and his tight window throw rate which are positive signs.

The Las Vegas Raiders need to trade wide receiver Jakobi Meyers before he leaves in free agency for nothing next year. However, it appears the Raiders are being a bit stingy, which could lead to a colossal mistake.
