The Dallas Cowboys announced the hiring of defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus on Tuesday, confirming reports which emerged on him being the chosen one since Friday, the same day when Brian Schottenheimer was announced as head coach.

The Dallas Cowboys are in the process of overhauling their coaching staff, and they have now hired a new defensive coordinator. Matt Eberflus was officially named the new defensive coordinator of the Cowboys on Tuesday.
