A pedestrian crash in Phoenix claimed the life of Susan Hawkins after she was struck by a truck near Washington Street and 3rd Avenue.

Susan Hawkins, 60, died after she was hit by a vehicle in a parking garage near 3rd Avenue and Adams Street. Investigators say she was walking to an elevator when she was hit.
