Gov. Josh Shapiro delivered his 2025-26 executive budget proposal and business leaders across Pennsylvania have reacted.
Menezes will be joining the Air Products board in his new role. In a press release from the company, the board said it has also named Wayne T. Smith as chairman and Dennis H. Reilley as vice chairman.
