Kim Kardashian and Kanye West share joint legal custody of their daughter, North West, and their three other children, according to their 2022 divorce settlement. Kanye shared text messages that appear to be between him and Kardashian in a now-deleted X post.

North raps a short verse, where she repeats the line, “When you see me shinin’, then you see the light.” Before he dropped the song, West posted screenshots of texts with Kardashian, his ex-wife, discussing their daughter and the process of trademarking her name.

Kim Kardashian is over her ex-husband, Kanye West’s drama and is reportedly “done” with the rapper following his offensive social media rants about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s children and on her own family.
