VIDEO: Concrete falls from top of tunnel, damages multiple cars
BOSTON (WBZ/CNN Newsource/WKRC) - Multiple cars were damaged when a large chunk of concrete fell from the top of a tunnel in an incident that officials said "could have caused some serious damage" if it hit a person.
