The Walt Disney Company will donate $15 million to fire relief efforts in the Los Angeles area following the devastating fires that destroyed swaths of Pacific Palisades and Altadena this week during the unprecedented wildfire siege.

Disney, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery have called off plans to launch their sports streaming service, Venu, the companies said in a joint statement Friday.

Analysts are split on whether Disney should move forward with plans to combine Hulu + Live TV and Fubo, following the cancellation of its sports joint venture with Fox and WBD.
