Vance Boelter, the suspect wanted for fatally shooting a Minnesota state lawmaker and her husband has reportedly been identified, according to the Associated Press.
Vance Boelter, 57, is accused of posing as a police officer and fatally shooting former Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, in their home early Saturday in the northern Minneapolis suburbs.
The suspect, identified by authorities as Vance Luther Boelter, posed as a law enforcement officer to gain access to the victims' homes.
The search for Vance Boelter put the state on edge. He has been charged with second-degree murder in the attacks, which killed a state lawmaker and wounded another.
