LOS ANGELES - Kelsey Plum is headed to Los Angeles as part of a three-way trade that will send Jewell Loyd to the Las Vegas Aces, according to a person familiar with the deal.

The Sparks made a big move to acquire Kelsey Plum on Sunday, and it's becoming clearer what her role will be in Los Angeles.

Plum helped the Aces win consecutive WNBA championships in 2022 and 2023. Loyd, a six-time All-Star, requested a trade last month out of Seattle

Amid a flurry of trades across the WNBA, the Indiana Fever re-signed All-Star guard Kelsey Mitchell to a one-year supermax contract worth around $249,000. Also, the Aces received the No. 13 pick in the 2025 draft from Los Angeles; the Sparks received the No. 9 pick and a 2026 second-round pick from Seattle; and the Storm will receive the Aces' 2026 first-round pick.
