President Donald Trump asked a federal appeals court to pause its ruling rejecting his challenge to E. Jean Carroll’s $83 million defamation case against him as he looks to take the case to the Supreme Court.
The tariffs were put in place in February, days after the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's previous round of sweeping "Liberation Day" tariffs.
