Aside from the parade, there was also concert and fireworks as part of the celebration. The celebration also coincides with President Donald Trump’s 79th birthday, National Flag Day, and the Army’s 250th anniversary.

Donald Trump turned 79 June 14, 2025, the same day as the Army's 250th birthday parade in DC. Melania was there, but not all of Trump's children were.
