An old conversation between Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward has recently resurfaced on social media. Back in February, when the gap in perception between Sanders and Ward was much smaller, the pair of QBs held a joint workout.

Ward joined the Hurricanes in 2022 after two seasons with Washington State, taking his game to the next level. He finished fourth in the Heisman Trophy award voting and was named an All-American behind 305 completions on 454 pass attempts. He threw for 39 touchdowns, 4,313 passing and only seven interceptions.

ESPN is getting slammed online for ignoring top draft pick Cam Ward and focusing on the Shedeur Sanders draft drama instead. Sanders has been a big story because he remains undrafted as the rounds add up at the NFL Draft in Green Bay.
