A monstrous, mile-long, jagged ice jam on the Grand River has led to localized flooding and a flood warning until 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1.

A Flood Warning was issued for Lake County as a Painesville city spokesperson told News 5 there is flooding on the Grand River.
