Walter Foxcroft, 43, was found dead inside a hyperbaric chamber at the Arizona facility he co-founded last year.

Emergency personnel found the 43-year-old physical therapist dead inside the chamber at his Arizona health clinic, which offered oxygen therapy.

The exact cause of the fire that killed Dr. Walter Foxcroft at his Arizona practice on Wednesday is not yet known and is currently under investigation.
