The announced Elden Ring Nightreign Duo Expeditions game mode, which allows two players to challenge Night Lords, has been delayed.

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have been hard at work improving their new multiplayer roguelike spin on Elden Ring, the long-awaited Elden Ring Nightreign – but they've had to postpone a hotly anticipated update due to severe weather warnings following an earthquake.

In response to the alerts, FromSoftware has delayed patch 1.2 for Elden Ring Nightreign to tomorrow, 31st July. This update includes the new Duos mode. In addition, the second cycle of the Everdark Sovereign has also been pushed back until the patch has gone live. It's now expected to be available from 9am BST / 1am PT on Thursday, 31st July.
