Columbus Blue Jackets forward Kirill Marchenko sustained a broken jaw Sunday night when he was hit in the face with a puck during the team's 5-3 loss at the Dallas Stars, multiple outlets reported Monday.

The best thing about adding him to their lineup would be his age. He is young and would instantly be part of their core for years to come. He and Kent Johnson could fit well on a line and make up two-thirds of a very strong offensive unit for the Blue Jackets.
