The Avalanche lost 3-2 to the Boston Bruins at TD Garden on Saturday. Artturi Lehkonen both goals for Colorado while Nathan MacKinnon recorded a pair of primary assists. Lehkonen opened the scoring with his third goal of the season at 4:26 of the first period via a one-timer from the slot set up by MacKinnon's low-to-high feed.

Bruins coach Marco Sturm said Jordan Harris, who first replaced Lindholm, won’t likely be back for a while. Sturm wasn’t sure if surgery was a possibility, but expected to know more this week. Jeremy Swayman will start in goal and Johnny Beecher will replace Jeffrey Viel in the lineup.
The Boston Bruins allowed seven goals at home in a loss to the Anaheim Ducks, as a difficult stretch continues.
Anaheim has taken three of four points to open its five-game eastward road trip, and the hometown Bruins have lost five in a row after a 3-0-0 start.
