El Charrito announced that it will soft-launch this upcoming weekend, starting Friday.
The mood will be melodic and mellow at Evanston SPACE, 1243 Chicago Ave, this Wednesday as Soft Opening takes the stage for a soothing evening of tunes.
Better known as a popular food truck, the local business opened its first brick-and-mortar location on McArdle Road on Feb. 5.
