Necropsy, DNA testing underway after 12 dogs found dead along Guemes Island shoreline

The Skagit County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) is trying to solve a troubling case involving at least a dozen dead dogs.

Investigators: 20-25 canine carcasses washed onto shores of Guemes Island; necropsy now complete

As of April 3, investigators told KIRO 7 that the total found is about 20-25 carcasses.
