A multi-vehicle crash led to traffic delays on Interstate 84 westbound in Hartford on Tuesday morning.
The ramp to I-84 from I-5 is closed near Southeast Water Avenue after a crash involving an injury.
Once complete, the flyover interchange will allow drivers to get from I-84 to State Street in about 10 minutes.
Multiple lanes of travel are impacted.
