New Game Plus has finally come to Ghost of Yotei alongside a host of other changes in the game's largest update yet.

Update 1.1 for Ghost of Yotei has arrived, and as promised, it brings some significant features and improvements to the open world title. New Game+ is the headline act, letting you replay the whole game with your skills and equipment intact, while also introducing fresh weapon and armour upgrades, as well as cosmetic items.

Sucker Punch’s PlayStation 5 exclusive sequel Ghost of Yotei gets New Game Plus mode as part of a free patch later in November. It includes new cosmetics, new Trophies, new Photo Mode features, and more.

Updating the title to version number 1.1, the New Game+ option is the headliner. You can start up a second playthrough from the main menu and carry over all your gear and upgrades from your first run, instantly kitting you out for a second trek across Ezo. There'll be harder difficulty modes on offer as well as a further two Trophies to unlock.
