If you follow the NFL at all, then you know the Carolina Panthers have been struggling this season. This past week, they (somehow) pulled off an impressive comeback win against the Miami Dolphins (struggling as well),

The Dallas Cowboys and Carolina Panthers will duke it out in Raleigh, North Carolina, this Sunday. Both teams have struggled defensively, so we should be treated to a high-scoring affair this weekend.

“I have been in touch with the Panthers and have also reached out to Xavier Legette to apologize for my question Thursday regarding his late father’s Cowboys fandom,” Newton wrote via his X account on Friday.

For the third straight year, the Dallas Cowboys will travel to play the Carolina Panthers. That has not historically been a good thing for the host Panthers.

This latest offseason was yet another example of the front office shooting its own roster in the foot. After an aggressive free agency period and a (tentatively) quality draft class, the Panthers started sewing the seeds of their own destruction by releasing Jadeveon Clowney for no good reason at all at the end of May.

The Dallas Cowboys are hoping to secure consecutive wins for the first time this season with a victory on Sunday.
