In its effort to curb tanking, Adam Silver and the NBA presented NBA owners with three different conceptual ideas that would radically change and expand the NBA’s Draft Lottery.

The NBA unveiled a trio of proposed massive changes to the current draft lottery system in a meeting with owners this week, according to a report by ESPN’s Shams Charania.
