And in a new series of ads, Ford jokes about getting on a mountain in Scotland to hawk awesome Scotch.

Edgerton, 50, who has starred in films such as Baz Luhrmann’s “The Great Gatsby” and directed “Boy Erased” and “The Gift,” spoke about working with Ford, 82, in an interview with Variety published on Tuesday, the same day the promos for Glenmorangie Scotch Whisky were released.
