New head coach Pete Carroll hopes to repeat his USC and Seahawks turnarounds with the Raiders, and he has the support of former running back Marshawn Lynch.

Carroll, 73, was introduced as the next head coach in Las Vegas alongside new general manager John Spytek to begin the week. A coach with a long track record in the NFL, Carroll set the bar high for himself right out of the gate.
