Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann believes Florian Wirtz’s potential move to Liverpool would be a ‘very good step’ for the Bayer Leverkusen star.

However, as per reports from Sky Sports, his salary will not be in excess of Liverpool's current top earners. The report claims his salary will be boosted to around £16.8m [$22.75m] per year which averages at £320,000 [$433,000] a week.
